Flowers are the essence of every table arrangement so find a florist that sources locally grown flowers and then donate your leftover flowers to brighten hospitals, nursing homes or give them to a charitable cause.
The same concept can be used for your catering. Use caters that locally source their ingredients and that will donate some of your left over food to the homeless.
