How to request a return

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing a reason and without incurring any penalties.

Please email info@casamalfi.com, specifying:
your order number;
the items you wish to return.

We will provide you with the return address and instructions. You do not need to fill out a form or wait for prior authorization to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal also applies to pre-ordered products, subject to the exceptions listed below.

Returning products

Please send the items back without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the costs of returning items if you have simply changed your mind.
Please pack the products carefully, preferably using the original packaging.
We recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
You may examine the products to the extent necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality. Any use beyond this may result in a decrease in the value of the products, for which you may be held liable. The absence of the original packaging does not automatically invalidate your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by law, including:
products made to your specifications or clearly personalized; sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons, if they have been opened after delivery.
These exceptions do not limit your rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that you have shipped them, whichever occurs first. We will use the same payment method as the one used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed, and at no additional cost. For payments made via bank transfer, we will ask you to provide the necessary account details.
If you return your entire order, we will also refund any standard delivery charges you may have paid. Surcharges for delivery methods more expensive than the standard option are excluded.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please write to us, providing your order number and a description of the issue. If possible, please include photographs of the product and its packaging.
If there is visible damage to the parcel, ask the courier to note this on the delivery document and accept the delivery with a specific reservation. Failure to note a reservation does not affect your statutory rights.
We will cover all costs necessary to remedy a lack of conformity. Your statutory rights remain fully applicable.
