Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For shipments to addresses outside the EU, please note that any applicable import taxes or customs duty fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by us. We are generally not aware of what these specific costs will be; the courier will notify you directly once your order has reached its destination country for payment.
Australia: A notable exception is deliveries to Australia with a value under $1000 AUD, which are not subject to these additional charges.
UK and Switzerland: VAT and customs duties are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
United States: Due to recent changes in customs regulations, the $800 "de minimis" exemption has been removed for most imports from the EU. This means almost all shipments will now be subject to duties and taxes, typically with a tariff ceiling of 15% on most items. US customers are strongly advised to confirm any potential fees with their local customs office before placing an order.
